Lyme Regis based charity B Sharp is looking to recruit aspiring music educators and leaders who are interested in developing their career and skills in working in music with young people aged 0 – 25 years.
This is a 1-year paid mentoring programme. Successful applicants will have opportunities to experience working in a variety of settings and groups across the year, with support and mentoring from a professional experienced music leader from the B Sharp team. Those recruited will be supported to develop their music leadership skills and confidence.
